Our story

Twenty years in the making

Cayzen was founded on a simple idea: government agencies deserve technology that works as hard as the people using it. Not software projects that drag on for years. Not systems that require a PhD to use. Technology that actually fits the mission.

For over two decades, we've worked alongside the agencies, inspectors, caseworkers, and administrators who keep Washington State running. We've learned their systems, their constraints, and the things that keep them up at night. That institutional knowledge is our greatest asset — and it's why agencies keep calling us back.

We're a small team that punches well above our weight. We don't win work by being the cheapest or the biggest. We win it by knowing things no one else knows — and by taking on the risk that others won't.

2015–2020
