Exceptional compensation packages
Cayzen offers outstanding compensation packages which are tailored to meet the needs of our consultants while respecting our core cultural value of working toward mutual benefit. Depending on the engagement, we offer the following types of employment:
• Full-time salaried positions,
• W2 hourly,
• 1099 hourly, and
Pay rates are based on skills, experience, length of engagement and other factors.
We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, which include:

• Bonus packages (salaried only), and
• Vacation and personal leave (salaried only).
Commissions for placements and opportunities
Be rewarded for turning your colleagues onto to Cayzen, too. We reward the people that help us grow. We offer commissions and bonuses to anyone who introduces a new candidate to us who ends up on assignment or a contracting opportunity we would not otherwise have found. These commissions average about $1/billable hour and are paid monthly.
Cayzen is the only Microsoft Gold Certified Partner based in Olympia, WA. Attaining this status has been a result of our successful project work and our commitment to our employees and contractors. We support the continued professional development of our consultants to assure that skill sets and capabilities are kept relevant. We assist our consultants in obtaining certifications on new technology by reimbursing for exam costs and providing training material and opportunities. As long as you demonstrate the willingness to dedicate yourself to improvement and value can be added, Cayzen will support you!
A true team oriented approach
Cayzen has built a true team oriented culture; we all work hard together to support each other in our individual and group efforts to deliver value to our clients. This team oriented approach includes mentoring, coaching, informal lunch and learn sessions where we share with each other our own insights and thereby strengthen the capability of the entire company team.
